JESUS is BANNED!

Jesus, The God of the Bible, and Christianity are Slowly Being Banned In Politically Correct America & The Western World!

Before you read any of the blatant examples below, keep in mind that God's Word specifically says that:

JUDGMENT BEGINS WITH THE HOUSE OF GOD! (1 Peter 4:17)

*  Why is this happening? Read, or scroll, to the end for the answer.
(Judges 10:13-14)

The Lord's Prayer is no longer allowed in most U.S. Public schools.

An unknown author wrote the following NEW School Prayer:

The Lord's Prayer is no longer allowed in most U.S. Public schools.

An unknown author wrote the following NEW School Prayer:

Now I sit me down in school
Where praying is against the rule
For this great nation under God
Finds mention of Him very odd

If scripture now the class recites,
It violates the Bill of Rights.

And anytime my head I bow
Becomes a Federal matter now

Our hair can be purple, orange or green,
That's no offense; it's a freedom scene.

The law is specific, the law is precise.
Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice

For praying in a public hall
Might offend someone with no faith at all.

In silence alone we must meditate,
God's name is prohibited by the State.

We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,
And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks.

They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible.
To quote the Good Book makes me liable.

We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,
And the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King.

It's 'inappropriate' to teach right from wrong.
We're taught that such 'judgments' do not belong.

We can get our condoms and birth controls,
Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles.

But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,
No word of God must reach this crowd.

It's scary here I must confess,
When chaos reigns the school's a mess.

So, Lord, this silent plea I make:
Should I be shot; My soul please take!

Amen

The name of Jesus has become a dirty word in Politically Correct America

In the United States today, there are very few words that provoke as much outrage as the name of Jesus.  It is being banned from graduation ceremonies, chaplains all over America are being forbidden from using His name in their prayers, and many school officials all over the nation have become absolutely fanatical about eliminating every trace of Christian expression from their schools.  One elementary school in North Carolina even ordered a little six-year-old girl to remove the word “God” from a poem that she had written to honor her grandfathers.  Political correctness is spreading like a cancer in this country, and our “freedom of religion” is rapidly being transformed into a guarantee of “freedom from religion” for those that hate the Christian faith.

Without a doubt, there is a war on the Christian faith in America today.  It is being waged in classrooms, courtrooms and churches all over the nation.

The following is an excerpt from a speech that Rand Paul gave earlier this year...

There is a war on Christianity, not just from liberal elites here at home, but worldwide.

And your government, or more correctly, you, the taxpayer, are funding it.

Evidence of this war on Christianity is everywhere these days.  The following are just a few examples…

* An elementary school in North Carolina ordered a little six-year-old girl to remove the word "God" from a poem that she wrote to honor her two grandfathers that had served in the Vietnam War.

* The Ohio Statehouse banned Christian pastors from using the name of Jesus when they open up the daily sessions with prayer.

* The use of the name of Jesus was also forbidden in all prayers opening sessions of the North Carolina State-House.

* Last year, a federal appeals cort ruled that prayers before commission meetings in Forsyth County, North Carolina that included the name of Jesus were unconstitutional.

* Earlier this year, a Florida Atlantic University student that refused to stomp on the name of Jesus was banned from class.

* A student at Sonoma State University was ordered to take off a cross that she was wearing because someone “could be offended“.

* A teacher in New Jersey was fired for giving his own Bible to a student that did not own one.

* An open air preacher in Illinois was recently threatened with arrest for “scaring people” with the message of the gospel.

* A high school track team was disqualified earlier this year because one of the runners “made a gesture thanking God” once he had crossed the finish line.

* Volunteer chaplains for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department have been banned from using the name of Jesus in their public prayers.  Sadly, this is not an isolated incident.  Chaplains all over the nation are now being banned from using the name of Jesus.

* In recent months, daredevil Nik Wallenda has walked a tightrope across Niagara Falls and has walked a tightrope across the Grand Canyon, and yet both times the mainstream media has gone out of the way to keep the name of Jesus out of news reports

* Despite Nik Wallenda’s frequent mentions of God the Father and Jesus during his high-wire crossing of Niagara Falls Friday night, an ABC News blog documenting virtually every moment of the achievement makes no mention of his verbal thanks to the Creator.

Wallenda, 33, the great grandson of legendary tightrope walker Karl Wallenda, walked across Niagara Falls on a high wire, as hundreds watched on TV at a block party in his Florida hometown of Sarasota, Fla., and millions of others tuned in for ABC television coverage.

Wallenda was fitted with a microphone during his tension-filled, 25-minute saunter at 200 feet high, and he could be heard praising God numerous times as he walked the length of four football fields from New York to Canada.

* A recently released 140 page report entitled “The Survey of Religious Hostility in America” included some more examples of how Christianity is being systematically oppressed in America today…

  • A federal judge threatened ‘incarceration’ to a high school valedictorian unless she removed references to Jesus from her graduation speech.
  • City officials prohibited senior citizens from praying over their meals, listening to religious messages or singing gospel songs at a senior activities center.
  • A public school official prevented a student from handing out flyers inviting her classmates to an event at her church.
  • A public university’s law school banned a Christian organization because it required its officers to adhere to a statement of faith that the university disagreed with.
  • The U.S. Department of Justice argued before the Supreme Court that the federal government can tell churches and synagogues which pastors and rabbis it can hire and fire.
  • The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs banned the mention of God from veterans’ funerals, overriding the wishes of the deceased’s families.
  • A federal judge held that prayers before a state House of Representatives could be to Allah but not to Jesus.

Are you starting to get the picture?

And one of the biggest battlegrounds for religious freedom in America at the moment is the U.S. military.

Right now, there are some very powerful forces that are trying to eradicate all expressions of the Christian faith from the U.S. military.  It has gotten so bad that a 23 year Air Force veteran was recently ordered to remove his Bible from his desk, and the Air Force recently came out and announced that service members are only allowed to talk about their faith if it “does not make others uncomfortable“.

The U.S. military is a far different institution than it once was.  Today, political correctness rules the U.S. military.

If you doubt this, just check out this example…

* Lt. Col. Kenneth Reyes is a Christian chaplain currently serving in the U.S. Air Force. He is stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. As an ordained clergyman whose duties are to provide religious instruction and spiritual counseling, he has a page on the base’s website called “Chaplain’s Corner.”

Reyes recently wrote an essay entitled, “No Atheists in Foxholes: Chaplains Gave All in World War II.” This common saying is attributed to a Catholic priest in World War II, made famous when President Dwight D. Eisenhower said during a 1954 speech: “I am delighted that our veterans are sponsoring a movement to increase our awareness of God in our daily lives. In battle, they learned a great truth that there are no atheists in the foxholes.”

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation was absolutely outraged when they heard about this.  They demanded that the commander of the base, Col. Brian Duffy, do something about the “anti-secular diatribe” that Reyes had authored.

In the old days, a base commander would have had a good chuckle and then would have told the MRFF where to stick their complaint, but the old days are gone.

These days, base commanders cower subserviently before politically correct organizations such as the MRFF.  Just check out what happened next…

Nonetheless, only five hours after MRFF’s complaint, the essay was removed from the website. Duffy has profusely apologized to MRFF for not stopping this religious leader from sharing religious thoughts.

But this response—which again appears to be a violation of Reyes’s First Amendment rights—is insufficient for MRFF. They said, “Faith based hate, is hate all the same,” and, “Lt. Col. Reyes must be appropriately punished.” (Emphasis added).

And thanks to the MRFF, special edition Bibles for service members have been banned from being sold on military bases…

Bowing to a complaint from a religious watchdog group, the Pentagon will no longer give consent for a publisher to use the official emblems of the military services on a line of Bibles sold on base exchanges.

The group claimed victory, but an association of former military chaplains is demanding that Congress overturn the Defense Department’s decision.

The Bibles, branded for each of four services as “The Soldier’s Bible,” “The Sailor’s Bible” and so on, are published by LifeWay Christian Resources’ Holman Bible Publishers, a subsidiary of the Southern Baptist Bible Convention, said Chris Rodda, the senior research director for the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.

The MRFF is a very insidious organization.  It is headed up by a man named Mikey Weinstein.  He has called Christians “human monsters” and “enemies of the United States Constitution“.  Weinstein is convinced that sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ while in the military is “sedition and treason” and should be punished as such.

You would think that people like Weinstein would be dismissed as lunatics, but unfortunately under the Obama administration he has been brought in as a special adviser to the Pentagon.

What a crazy world that we live in.

Meanwhile, Barack Obama himself has remained completely silent as a totally innocent American citizen is being tortured in an Iranian prison.  If that prisoner was a liberal activist, Obama would be moving heaven and earth to get him released.  But because he is a Christian, we haven’t heard a peep out of Obama, and many Christian leaders want an explanation…

One of the nation’s most prominent evangelical leaders wants to know why President Obama has remained silent as Iran tortures an American pastor held captive in one of the Islamic republic’s most notorious prisons.

Franklin Graham, the president of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse, told Fox News the imprisonment and torture of Pastor Saeed Abedini is a blatant example of “religious intolerance.”

“Many in the international community are expressing outrage over this blatant example of religious intolerance,” Graham said. “I ask that our government do the same and demand that Pastor Saeed Abedini be released and allowed to return home to his wife and family in the United States.”

We are rapidly moving toward a time when followers of Jesus will be treated as second class citizens in America.  The following are some other examples of this trend…

  • A War Games scenario at Fort Leavenworth that identified Christian groups and Evangelical groups as being potential threats;
  • A 2009 Dept. of Homeland Security memorandum that identified future threats to national security coming from Evangelicals and pro-life groups;
  • A West Point study released by the U.S. Military Academy’s Combating Terrorism Center that linked pro-lifers to terrorism;
  • Evangelical leader Franklin Graham was uninvited from the Pentagon’s National Day of Prayer service because of his comments about Islam;
  • Christian prayers were banned at the funeral services for veterans at Houston’s National Cemetery;
  • Bibles were banned at Walter Reed Army Medical Center – a decision that was later rescinded;
  • Christian crosses and a steeple were removed from a chapel in Afghanistan because the military said the icons disrespected other religions

For much more on all of this, please see my previous article entitled “All Over America Evangelical Christians Are Being Labeled As Extremists And Hate Groups“.

This is not what America is supposed to be about.

How quickly we have turned our backs on the values of our founders.

In a recent article, Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin tried to remind us of how far we have drifted from what our founders intended…

It’s a good thing that George Washington is dead and military history effectively banished from our campuses. Otherwise, we might remember the general order Washington issued upon taking command of the embattled Continental Army–and in Boston, no less. The general “requires and expects of all officers and soldiers a punctual attendance at Divine services, to implore the blessing of Heaven upon the means used for our safety and defense.” In the same way, any assistant professor of government hoping to achieve tenure will likely skim over certain sections of the first president’s Farewell Address, which reads: “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, Religion and Morality are indispensable supports.”

Will America be able to stand if we continue to try to push every shred of the Christian faith out of public life?

What do you think?

US ARMY Defines Christian Ministry as a Domestic Hate Group

US Army defines Christian ministry as 'domestic hate group'

Several dozen U.S. Army active duty and reserve troops were told last week that the American Family Association a well respected Christian ministry, should be classified as a domestic hate group because the group advocates for traditional family values.

The briefing was held at Camp Shelby in Mississippi and listed the AFA alongside domestic hate groups like the Ku Klux Klan, Neo-Nazis, the Black Panthers and the Nation of Islam.

A soldier who attended the briefing contacted me and sent me a photograph of a slide show presentation that listed AFA as a domestic hate group. Under the AFA headline is a photograph of Westboro Baptist Church preacher Fred Phelps holding a sign reading “No special law for f***.”

American Family Association has absolutely no affiliation with the controversial church group known for picketing the funerals of American service members.

“I had to show Americans what our soldiers are now being taught,” said the soldier who asked not to be identified. “I couldn’t just let this one pass.”

The soldier said a chaplain interrupted the briefing and challenged the instructor’s assertion that AFA is a hate group.

“The instructor said AFA could be considered a hate group because they don’t like gays,” the soldier told me. “The slide was talking about how AFA refers to gays as sinners and heathens and derogatory terms.”

The soldier, who is an evangelical Christian, said the chaplain defended the Christian ministry.

“He kept asking the instructor, ‘Are you sure about that, son? Are you sure about that?’” he said, recalling the back and forth.

Later in the briefing, the soldiers were reportedly told that they could face punishment for participating in organizations that are considered hate groups.

That considered, the soldier contacted me because he is a financial contributor to the AFA ministry.

“I donate to AFA as often as I can,” he said. “Am I going to be punished? I listen to American Family Radio all day. If they hear it on my radio, will I be faced with a Uniformed Code of Military Justice charge?”

The soldier said he was “completely taken back by this blatant attack not only on the AFA but Christians and our beliefs.”

It’s not the first time the Army has accused conservative Christian groups of being domestic hate groups.

Earlier this year, I exposed Army briefings that classified evangelical Christians and Catholics as examples of religious extremism.

Another briefing told officers to pay close attention to troops who supported groups like AFA and the Family Research Council.

One officer said the two Christian ministries did not “share our Army Values.”

“When we see behaviors that are inconsistent with Army Values – don’t just walk by – do the right thing and address the concern before it becomes a problem,” the officer wrote in an email to his subordinates.

At the time the military assured me those briefings were isolated incidents and did not reflect official Army policy.

If that’s true, how do they explain what happened at Camp Shelby?

I contacted the Pentagon for an answer but they referred me to Army public affairs. And so far – they haven’t returned my calls.

And their claim that the classifications are “isolated” is not washing with AFA.

“The American Family Association has received numerous accounts of military installations as well as law enforcement agencies using a list compiled by the Southern Poverty Law Center, which wrongfully identifies and defames AFA,” reads a statement they sent me.

Bryan Fischer hosts a talk show on American Family Radio. He called the Army’s allegations “libelous, slanderous and blatantly false.”

“This mischaracterization of AFA is reprehensible and inexcusable,” he told me. “We have many military members who are a part of the AFA network who know these accusations are a tissue of lies.”

Fischer said their views on gay marriage and homosexuality are not hate – it’s simply a disagreement.

“If our military wasn’t headed by a commander-in-chief who is hostile to Christian faith, these allegations would be laughed off every military base in the world,” he said.

Hiram Sasser, of the Liberty Institute, told me the Army’s briefing is a smear.

He recalled what President Obama said last year when Muslim extremists attacked our diplomatic outpost in Libya.

“Since our founding, the United States has been a nation that respects all faiths,” President Obama said. “We reject all efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others.”

Sasser said he wished the president and the Army would treat the American Family Association with the same deference and respect they show those who mean to harm us.

“Why must the Army under this administration continue to attack Americans of faith and smear them?” Sasser wondered.

I fear the answer to that question.

Because it appears the Obama administration is separating the military from the American people – and planting seeds of doubt about Christians and some of our nation’s most prominent Christian ministries.

Left Pushes to Criminalize Christianity

Matt Barber

The mask is off. All pretense has been dropped, and the anti-Christian left's boundless depth of hatred for individual liberty, our First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) is now on full display.

wrote last week about the Supreme Court's recent Hobby Lobby opinion, a rather tepid acknowledgement of every American's non-negotiable right to religious free exercise (yes, that includes Christian business owners). I observed, among other things, that "the secularist left's utter meltdown over having but a small measure of control over others wrested away is highly instructive."

The meltdown continues. This week brings two new developments: 1) Democrats in Congress are readying a legislative "Hobby Lobby fix" that stands exactly zero chance of passing and would be struck down as unconstitutional even if it did, and 2) The ACLU, AFL-CIO, National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, Lambda Legal and a hodgepodge of other left-wing extremist groups have withdrawn support for the ironically tagged "Employment Non-Discrimination Act," the crown jewel of homofascism, because the bill's paper-thin "religious exemption" does not adequately outlaw the practice of Christianity.

The Hobby Lobby 'fix'

Addressing the high court's Hobby Lobby decision on Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., fumed, "We have so much to do this month, but the one thing we're going to do during this work period – sooner rather than later – is to ensure that women's lives are not determined by virtue of five white men."

To which Justice Clarence Thomas replied, "Say what, honkey?"

"This Hobby Lobby decision is outrageous," continued Reid, "and we're going to do something about it."

Well, "do something about it" they shall try. TalkingPointsMemo.com reported on legislation Democrats introduced Thursday that would do away with religious liberty protections altogether:

"The legislation will be sponsored by Sens. Patty Murray, D-Wash., and Mark Udall, D-Colo. According to a summary reviewed by TPM, it prohibits employers from refusing to provide health services, including contraception [and abortion pills], to their employees if required by federal law. It clarifies that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, the basis for the Supreme Court's ruling against the mandate, and all other federal laws don't permit businesses to opt out of the Obamacare requirement.

"The legislation also puts the kibosh on legal challenges by religious nonprofits, like Wheaton College, instead declaring that the accommodation they're provided under the law [there is none] is sufficient to respect their religious liberties."

This reactionary response to the Hobby Lobby ruling is, of course, little more than an election year fundraising scheme for the Democratic National Committee.

Withdrawn support for ENDA

The Washington Post reports, "Several major gay rights groups withdrew support Tuesday for the Employment Non-Discrimination Act that would bolster gay and transgender rights in the workplace, saying they fear that broad religious exemptions included in the current bill might compel private companies to begin citing objections similar to those that prevailed in a U.S. Supreme Court case last week. …

"But the groups said they can no longer back ENDA as currently written in light of the Supreme Court's decision last week to strike down a key part of President Obama's health-care law. The court ruled that family-owned businesses do not have to offer their employees contraceptive coverage that conflicts with the owners' religious beliefs," concluded the Post.

Gary Glenn is a candidate for the Michigan State House. He's also president of AFA Michigan. Glenn has been a national leader in defense of religious liberty for well upon two decades. In an email, Glenn wrote, "The extremely limited religious exemptions typically included in discriminatory homosexual and cross-dressing 'rights' laws have always been mere window-dressing with no real protection or effect, as witnessed by the ongoing persecution and discrimination under such laws against Christian business owners and community organizations such as the Boy Scouts, Catholic Charities, Salvation Army, and even the United Way.

"But now that the U.S. Supreme Court's Hobby Lobby decision threatens to give real teeth to such exemptions, the AFL-CIO's in-house homosexual activist group has announced it will no longer support discriminatory 'sexual orientation' legislation that includes even limited exemptions for religious institutions.

"If this zero tolerance stance spreads to larger groups such as the Human Rights Campaign and National Gay and Lesbian Task Force [it now has], this could become the sticking point which hamstrings future attempts to pass federal, state, and local homosexual 'rights' legislation. These supposed religious exemptions, which the AFL-CIO's homosexual lobby at least now says it will no longer support, have been a key propaganda point in blunting the opposition of churches and citizens concerned about the obvious threat such laws pose to religious freedom."

According to its leftist proponents, ENDA would merely insulate people who choose to engage in homosexual conduct (sexual orientation) or those who suffer from gender confusion (gender identity) against employment intolerance. In truth, however, this legislation effectively would codify the very thing it purports to combat: workplace discrimination.

Though in its current form ENDA contains an extremely weak religious exemption that might – and I mean might – partially protect some churches and religious organizations (until they're sued by sodomite activists), this so-called exemption would leave most others, such as Bible bookstores and many Christian schools and para-church organizations, entirely unprotected. It would additionally crush individual business owners' guaranteed First Amendment rights.

Any "religious exemption" is meaningless. Last year Harry Reid promised homosexual pressure groups that Democrats would remove all protections for Christians and other people of faith on the flipside – after ENDA passed. The homosexual news site Washington Blade reported that homosexual activist Derek Washington of "GetEqual" confirmed Reid's promise. In a conference call with homosexual activists, Washington admitted that Reid vowed, as goes any religious exemption, "the main thing to do was get the vote taken care of, and then deal with it later. As oftentimes happens, you don't get something perfect the first time around, you go back and fix it later, so that was basically his take on it."

According to the Blade, "That account was corroborated by Faiz Shakir, a Reid spokesperson, who said the Democratic leader understands the concerns, but wants to get the bill passed first, then go back and address the exemptions."

They've stopped pretending, folks. This is about criminalizing Christianity. The Hobby Lobby decision has merely made secular liberals forget themselves momentarily. It's blown back the propagandist curtain to expose their truly sinister aims. Hobby Lobby hasn't put the "culture war" to rest. It's taken a gavel to the "progressive" hornets' nest.

Colorado College bans the words "Lord," "God," or "Jesus"

Cowboy Byte - October 2015

A former college football player is suing his alma mater for its Bible verse ban.

Michael Lucas donated $2500 to the Colorado School of Mines for a new athletic facility. In exchange for the donation, the school allows donors to have whatever they like inscribed on a nameplate that will go in the football locker room.

Everything from "Give Em Hell" to "Ok Gentleman", its time to gird your loins" has been approved by the university, which receives public funding. But when Lucas submitted two Bible verses for his nameplate, he says the school refused, saying the words "Lord," "God," or "Jesus" cannot be on nameplates. On top of that he said Bible verses that include those words are also banned.

Lucas wanted Colossians 3:23 and Micah 5:9 on his donor plate, just the verse citations, not the actual text of the verse.

Colossians 3:23 reads "whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."

Micah 5:9 reads "your hand will be lifted up in triumph over your enemies, and your foes will be destroyed."

That the use of the word "Lord" in one verse was too much for the school, so now Lucas has teamed up with the Christian legal group Alliance Defending Freedom to file a federal lawsuit.

"Public colleges and universities should encourage, not shut down, the free exchange of ideas, especially in a forum like this," the ADF Legal Counsel Natalie Decker said in a statement. "The school initially imposed no restrictions-or even guidelines-on the type of message a donor could include, and contrary to what the school is arguing, the first amendment protects-not restricts-a simple reference to a Bible verse. It's patently ridiculous to argue that a Bible reference that doesn't include the text of the verse is somehow inappropriate simply because someone might look it up and see that "Lord" is mentioned there."

USAF Senior MSGT Ejected for Reference to 'God'

Mark Alexander
Patriot Post April 14, 2016

There has been yet another recent example of Barack Obama’s top-down effort to eradicate any reference to faith by military personnel. MSGT Chuck Roberson invited retired Senior MSGT Oscar Rodriguez Jr. to conduct a traditional flag retirement as part of Roberson’s own retirement ceremony. But when Rodriguez arrived at Travis Air Force Base for his friend’s small retirement gathering of family and friends, he was met by security personnel. Those personnel had been ordered by the base commander to warn Rodriguez that he had to stick to a script that did not reference “God.”

Rodriguez didn’t make the rank of Senior MSGT because he was a pushover. He stood for his part in the ceremony — in civilian clothing we note — and began his flag recitation, ignoring the warning. He was immediately seized by security personnel (as seen in the video below), and forcibly removed from the ceremony — to the alarm of the guests gathered there to honor MSGT Roberson.

According to Lt. Col. Robert Couse-Baker at Travis AFB, the Air Force “respects and defends the right to free speech and religious expression.” But Couse-Baker added, “Rodriguez ignored numerous requests to respect the Air Force prescribed ceremony and unfortunately was forcibly removed. We will continue to investigate the situation fully.” Fact is, Rodriguez was removed for exercising his First Amendment rights at a voluntary retirement ceremony. He is now a civilian, and his remarks were delivered in that capacity.

The USAF has modified regulation AFI 34-1201 to ensure there will be no reference to faith in the flag-folding portion of a retirement ceremony. The blame for ejecting the Senior MSGT doesn’t rest with the security personnel who were ordered to remove him, but with their commander in chief, whose personal creed has been shaped by hatred. Despite Obama’s best efforts, the majority of personnel in our military service branches are people of faith, much to the chagrin of the Left’s atheist agitators.

In response to his removal, Rodriguez told a military watchdog group, “This speech means so much to so many, and I hope you help in letting all the nation listen to its words. It may not be for everybody, this I understand, but every time I say these words I think about those that touched the hand of God, the sacrifices of so many and to keep the dreams of all Americans alive so they can find their happiness.” We invite you to view the uninterrupted recitation at a previous ceremony.

Atlanta Fire Chief fired over his religious faith

The city argued that he was fired because he violated their outside employment clause (he wrote a Christian book) not because of his Christian faith ............ but the court disagreed.

THEY HAVE REMOVED EASTER

How Our Country Was Stolen
By Paul Craig Roberts
April 3, 2018

Today is Easter, an important Christian holiday. But it is not marked on the calendar that is part of the Apple software that came with my Apple computer lap top. Today is also April Fools day, and that is marked on the Apple-supplied calendar. For Apple’s programmers, April Fools Day trumps Easter.

How can it be that an American company, Apple, can remember to mark on the calendar Cinco de Mayo (May 5), Mexico’s commemoration of a Mexican army victory of the French in the Battle of Puebla in 1862, but not Easter?

Hanukkah on December 13, but not Easter?

Kwanzaa on December 26, but not Easter?

Groundhog Day on February 2, but not Easter?

St. Patrick’s Day on March 17, but not Easter?

Earth Day on April 22, but not Easter?

First Day of Ramadan Muslim holiday on May 15, but not Easter?

Eid al-Fitr marking the end of Ramadan on June 15-17, but not Easter?

Eid al-Adha, the Muslim Sacrifice Feast, on August 20, but not Easter?

Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, on September 10, but not Easter?

Yom Kippur, Jewish holiday on September 19, but not Easter?

Ashura, Muslim holiday, on September 20, but not Easter?

Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights, on November 7, but not Easter?

This is how our culture is stolen and our memories are dimmed. In my day the spring holiday was known as Easter Holiday. Today it is known as Spring Break, a time for drunken and sexually promiscuous bacchanal on Florida’s beaches.

The United States was founded as a Christian nation. It did not mean that a citizen had to be a Christian or be punished or sent off in exile if they were not. It meant simply that you had to consider others and to be able to look yourself in the mirror in the morning. Christianity gave American culture a moral tone. Yes, I know, there were many hypocrites and many evil things done, but there was a standard by which to judge. Where is a standard today to judge Washington’s destruction entirely on the basis of lies of numerous countries and millions of peoples in the 21st century? Except for a handful of people, nothing is said critical of Washington’s massive ongoing war crimes. The American media celebrates the war crimes.

Today an American, or one in the important cities, cannot look himself or herself in the mirror unless they have ripped off some trusting or powerless person or persons. Judging by the carnage that Americans have inflicted in the 21st century alone on Afghans, Iraqis, Libyans, Syrians, Pakistanis, Somalias, Serbians, and, by supporting Israel and Saudi Arabia, on Palestinians and Yemenis, Americans have ceased to consider others except as unexceptional and dispensable people, who can be driven into the ground without upsetting any American’s concept of right and wrong.
Indeed, American “diplomats” tell other governments, “do as I say or we will bomb you into the Stone Age.”

Little wonder the second most important Christian celebration—Easter—has disappeared from Apple Computer’s calendar and that one or two atheists and a handful of Jews have managed to prevent Christmas from any longer being a public celebration. Today Christmas has been reduced to a spending spree.

A country without a unifying moral culture is no longer a country. Yet, what pretends to be a country, the US, is being led into war against Russia, a real country. There is no chance whatsoever of the US prevailing in the oncoming war.

Conservative Christians Unwelcome at the University of Oklahoma

By David Deming

In recent days, the nation was transfixed by the smear campaign launched against Judge Brett Kavanaugh.  In a desperate attempt to block his appointment to the Supreme Court, rabid leftists made baseless and fantastic claims.  A similar program of vilification recently forced a conservative Christian professor at the University of Oklahoma to resign from his administrative position.  The intolerance of the political left has grown so extreme that leftists no longer recognize freedom of conscience.

Last month, the campus newspaper at the University of Oklahoma, the O.U. Daily, began a systematic attack on law professor Brian McCall for his religious and social views.  Once an average college newspaper, in recent years, the Daily has degenerated into a publication entirely devoted to promoting radical leftist ideology.  The young staff live in an anxious and insecure world permeated with racism, homophobia, Islamophobia, xenophobia, inequality, and social injustice.  A few years ago, the Daily became the laughingstock of the nation for publishing an editorial arguing that nude-colored women's underwear is racist.

Professor McCall was criticized for being editor of Catholic Family News.  The apparent source of the O.U. Daily's inspiration was the infamous Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).  The SPLC categorizes Catholic Family News as a "hate group" because a former editor allegedly expressed anti-Semitic opinions.  The SPLC itself has been described as a "hate group" because of its radical leftist orientation and its relentless war on conservative and religious groups.  The SPLC is so nutty that it places the Alliance Defending Freedom, an organization dedicated to defending religious liberty, in the same category as neo-Nazis.  In the last seven years, the Alliance Defending Freedom has won nine legal victories in arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court.  That means either that the Supreme Court is also a "hate group" or that the SPLC is a hyper-partisan leftist scam.

Among professor McCall's alleged improprieties are an appearance on a "traditionalist Catholic podcast" that also featured David Duke as a guest.  This is guilt by association, an intellectual fallacy.  By this logic, Barack Obama is a racist because both he and David Duke appeared on the NBC news program Meet the Press.  Who is so remarkably stupid as to think this way?  Because he objects to redefining marriage, the Daily described Professor McCall as "homophobic," as if all disagreements with the gay agenda necessarily arise from an irrational fear of homosexuality.

Professor McCall also wrote a book where he reportedly expressed the view that women should wear skirts instead of pants.  Personally, I find that silly.  But as an educated person, I know that people around the world have different views on subjects such as clothing and personal grooming.  The Amish believe that women should dress modestly.  Does that mean that a person of the Amish faith cannot be a college professor?  Orthodox Jews prescribe modesty in clothing for both men and women.  Many Muslims believe that women should wear burqas or hijabs.  I have never heard it suggested that opinions on what constitutes proper clothing make it impossible for Muslims to teach or advise students.  It seems that only Christians are suspect.

For the thirteen years Professor McCall has served at O.U., there has never been one single complaint from a student regarding any bias or discrimination.  Not one.  The University of Oklahoma's interim vice president for public affairs released a statement in which she affirmed that Professor McCall "has an impeccable record as an administrator and is consistently ranked as one of the top professors in the College of Law."  A law student who described herself as "a Democrat and a feminist" told the Oklahoman that in her interactions with Professor McCall, he was "never anything but kind, fair and extraordinarily helpful."

Despite a complete lack of evidence of any bias or wrongdoing, the University of Oklahoma conducted a secret investigation of Professor McCall, solely on the basis of his religious and social views.  The investigation completely exonerated the professor.  So what happened?  Professor McCall was punished!  He was pressured into resigning his position as associate dean for academic affairs.  The man was accused, therefore he must be guilty.  When the real crime is not one of behavior, but one of conscience, facts do not matter.  Every person in residence at the University of Oklahoma must, in the depths of his conscience and soul, agree in all respects with the personal views of the administrators.  Dissent is not allowed.  Oklahoma's flagship institution of higher education is permeated with ignorance and bigotry. One would find more inclusivity and tolerance – by far – in a group of construction workers.

After announcing the resignation of Professor McCall, Dean Joseph Harroz made the Orwellian proclamation that the O.U. Law School was "a place of inclusion."  Professor McCall himself exhibited much better sense when he told USA Today that people should be judged on the basis of their actions, not their beliefs.  The University of Oklahoma has a long way to go before it lives up to its professed ideals of diversity and inclusivity.

(Joe Biden Became The American Democrat Party Presidential Candidate for 2020)

12/24/2019  By Ethan Huff

Joe Biden calls for Christians to be added to terror watch list for opposing LGBT abuse of children

Former Vice President Joe Biden – who will never be elected president, by the way – has a message for American Christians: If you don’t defect from your faith and embrace leftism, then you’re going to be added to the government’s terror watch list.

This is what Biden promised during a recent CNN “town hall” event as he decried believers in Jesus Christ for opposing the radical LGBTQ agenda.

In Biden’s view, unless you vigorously support the transgender mafia in its effort to “transition” all children into something other than their natural biological sex, then you’re a terrorist who deserves to be marginalized from society, and possibly even shipped off to Guantanamo.

Biden’s antichrist position stems from a suggestion put forth by the radical, far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) hate group, which is pushing for all opposition to the Cult of LGBTQ to be designated as “terrorism,” which under George W. Bush’s “Patriot Act” means that an individual’s constitutional rights are nullified.

Fast food chain Chick-fil-A, by the way, despite having long pandered to Christian evangelicals, is also a supporter of the SPLC, which we previously reported is pushing not just a pro-LGBTQ agenda, but also an anti-white and antichrist agenda.

“What we had before to deal with hate crimes was we had a position in our administration, within both the Department of Justice as well as within Homeland Security, a provision to keep watch on these groups that we know are out there – like terrorist groups, they’re similar,” Biden stated, referring to the “danger” of Christians in American society.

“To be able to follow what they’re doing and follow up on threats that come forward,” Biden went on to contend about how he believes the federal government should be able to spy on Christians, who are “like terrorist groups,” he says. “They’re similar,” he added.”

Biden, just like the SPLC (and apparently Chick-fil-A), is fully onboard with passing the so-called “Equality Act,” which would be better named the Inequality Act due to the fundamental changes it would impose on society.

In essence, the “Equality Act” would grant LGBTQs even more special rights and protections than they’re already receiving as a “protected class” of American society, setting them high above everyone else legally speaking.

With Biden at the helm of our country’s highest office, LGBTQs would be free to accuse anyone they don’t like of committing “hate crimes.” The government, under Biden, would then respond by putting these “haters” on terror watch lists so that they could then be ostracized, persecuted, or worse.

The SPLC has already classified most Christian groups as “hate” groups, and thus “terrorist” groups. Biden would essentially crystallize this classification at the public level so as to make it the law of the land – meaning Christianity would effectively be criminalized under a Biden administration, just like Christianity and other religions are already criminalized in communist China.

Biden is an antichrist, in other words, just like those who run the SPLC, and just like those now in charge at Chick-fil-A. He may not be the antichrist, but he’s certainly embraced the image of such, as have most in Hollywood, the mainstream media, and even many LGBTQ-embracing “churches” that have exchanged the truth of God for a lie, just like Romans 1 warned they would.

“This is just more proof that Democrats hate Christians and the country,” writes Warner Todd Huston for The Washington Sentinel about Creepy Joe’s ominous statements in opposition to Christianity.

Instagram brands Christian worship 'harmful'

June - 2020

By Michael Brown

The headline to this article is not sensationalistic. It is not click bait. It is truth. Shocking truth. Yes, Instagram has designated videos of live worship on the streets to be in violation of community guidelines, calling the content "harmful." Let the outrage be felt and heard.

Sean Feucht is a worship leader and songwriter who recently ran for political office in California. He is also a conservative Christian. On June 23 he tweeted, "This is what we've come to in America!  "Instagram is now classifying my WORSHIP videos as 'harmful or false information'

"Religious Liberty? Freedom of Speech? Big Tech censorship?"

Included in the tweet was a screenshot from Instagram explaining that the company had removed his video post because it was in violation of "Community Standards." (Oh, those dreaded community standards again!)  Specifically, Instagram stated, "Story removed for harmful or false information." What on earth does this mean? What can it possibly mean?

Feucht's tweet got the attention of Missouri Republican Sen. Josh Hawley, who tweeted, "Cancel culture meets #BigTech. Now @instagram is censoring a Christian worship leader who wants to post videos of praise and worship from places where there has recently been unrest. And that doesn't meet 'community standards'? Can't wait to hear the explanation for this." As of this writing (late Thursday night, Eastern Time, June 25), we are still awaiting explanation.

A few years ago, I repeatedly challenged Facebook for censoring some of my posts for alleged violation of community standards, exposing the rank hypocrisy of their decisions. For example, my factual, fairly worded post dealing with LGBT issues would be deemed hateful, while the most blasphemous, unimaginably profane, anti-Christian Facebook pages were allowed to operate without restriction. Seriously?

Thankfully, in most cases, with the help of an internal contact, Facebook reinstated my posts (or restored my status). But other colleagues of mine did not fare so well, having their permanently pages shut down for alleged violation of the (oh so ambiguous) community standards.

It seems that "hate" meant one thing for one group and something entirely different for the other. (For a recent video exposé, see here.)

When it comes to YouTube and Google, the battle continues, with large channels such as Prager U still experiencing discrimination and unequal treatment. (Where are all the social justice warriors calling for equality? Somehow, they don't seem to be raising their voices for Prager U.)

In my own experience, after having over 1,000 of my channel's videos branded unsuitable for advertising in a single stroke (!), YouTube has actually been fair with me, even surprising me at times by what it approves for monetization. At the same time, we know that the other shoe could drop at any moment and, suddenly, we could be banned.

It is a big mistake to put our trust in Big Tech.

What happened with Instagram, though, seems even more bizarre and extreme. What on earth were the all-powerful censors thinking?

There are endless videos on Instagram showing disturbing clips from the recent protests and riots, all of them somehow in conformity with community standards. (Right now, over on Twitter, I'm watching a video of the "CHOP" call from Seattle, with specific reference to guillotines. I imagine similar videos can be found on Instagram.) But when a video is posted showing Christian worship in the midst of these protests, it is removed for alleged "harmful or false information."

Since there is nothing "false" about the video, then it must be considered "harmful" – hence the headline to this article. Is this actually what Instagram meant? Could they possibly be claiming that worshiping the Lord on the streets of our divided cities is harmful?

If so, I would encourage every worship leader and every worship team to hit the streets of their own communities, posting similar videos and sharing them as widely as possible, starting on Instagram. (Hey, it's a great thing to do anyway and just what America needs.)

If Instagram has made a mistake, I hope they own up to it and say: "We totally blew it! There is no excuse." Otherwise, this means war – as in spiritual war. So, no hatred. No carnal aggression. No fleshly anger. And, of course, of course, of course, no violence.

But lots of prayer. Lots of worship. Lots of preaching. And lots of standing up and being heard. If not now, then when?

Ironically, as if to drill the point home, as I was writing this article, I spotted another tweet from Sen. Hawley from a few hours ago. He wrote: "Now @Twitter is actively censoring Bible verses? Seriously? Why?"

Hawley retweeted another tweet from Sean Feucht, stating, "Not only is big tech blocking worship videos, now they're blocking Bible verses about PEACE!

"RT if you believe social media needs more peace, more worship, and less censorship of Jesus followers."

Feucht included a screenshot of tweets from Beni Johnson, then using the handle @prayfor5, which at present is not appearing on Twitter. Her tweets, posting Bible verses, were blocked, with the note, "This Tweet may include sensitive content."

So, worship is deemed "harmful" and Scripture verses about peace are deemed "sensitive content." Really? ...........

Wikipedia Bans Christians From Contributing to the Website

By JEFF MAPLES

OCTOBER 19, 2020

Wikipedia, for years, has been a largely neutral, open platform that was community-supported by editors and contributors who held a wide-ranging variety of viewpoints but collaborated to produce articles that were substantiated and rooted in verifiable facts devoid of bias and opinion.

That is no longer the case. The website has now announced that it will no longer allow Christians who openly-display their faith on their profile pages to contribute to their website. According to Breitbart, a group of leftists went into a tizzy and got their panties all in a wad after it came to light that one of the editors displayed in their userbox profile that “This user believes marriage is between one man and one woman.”............................

Years ago, no one would have considered giving a prayer like this in a public meeting  because it would not have made any sense, but it does today.

Prayer was given in Kansas, USA, at the opening session of their Senate, by Minister Joe Wright

"Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance.  We know Your Word says: "Woe to those who call evil good", but that is exactly what we have done.

* We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.
* We have ridiculed the absolute truth of Your Word and called itPluralism.
* We have worshipped other gods and called it multiculturalism.
* We have endorsed perversion and called it alternative lifestyle.
* We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery.
* We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare.
* We have killed our unborn and called it choice.
* We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.
* We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self-esteem.
* We have abused power and called it politics.
* We have embezzled public funds and called it essential expenses.
* We have institutionalized bribery and called it sweets of office.
* We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition.
* We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.
* We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.

Search us, Oh GOD, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us free.  Amen!"

Note: Several legislators walked out during the prayer in protest.

Students will be taught to throw out the "Christian" Jesus and worship ancient pagan gods

March 30, 2021

Glenn Beck reveals newly approved CA school curriculum.

California's Board of Education voted unanimously to approve a new, multimillion-dollar Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum, which will be offered statewide with many of the state's largest school districts making it a requirement for graduation.

According to National Review, the curriculum is "probably the most radical, polemical, and ideologically loaded educational document ever offered up for public consideration in the free world."

On the radio program Tuesday, Glenn Beck reacted to the newly approved curriculum, calling it "the craziest, most terrifying story I have ever had to report."

Glenn read an excerpt from the National Review report describing the curriculum: Students are to be taught that white Christian settlers committed "theocide" against indigenous tribes when they arrived in the New World by murdering Native American gods and replacing them with the Christian God. According to the curriculum, this replacement ushered in a regime defined by "coloniality, dehumanization, and genocide," and the "explicit erasure and replacement of holistic Indigeneity and humanity."

But all is not lost, we are told. For students will learn that they have the power and the responsibility to build a social order defined by "countergenocide," which will eventually supplant the last vestiges of colonial Christianity and pave the way for the "regeneration of indigenous epistemic and cultural futurity." Students first clap and chant to the god Tezkatlipoka — whom the Aztecs traditionally worshipped with human sacrifice and cannibalism — asking him for the power to be "warriors" for "social justice." Next, the students chant to the gods Quetzalcoatl, Huitzilopochtli, and Xipe Totek, seeking "healing epistemologies" and "a revolutionary spirit." Huitzilopochtli, in particular, is the Aztec deity of war and inspired hundreds of thousands of human sacrifices during Aztec rule. Finally, the chant comes to a climax with a request for "liberation, transformation, [and] decolonization," after which students shout "Panche beh! Panche beh !" in pursuit of ultimate "critical consciousness."

Glenn explained some of the horrifying details of Aztec worship traditions, which California's educators and administrators seek to "regenerate," including human sacrifice by the tens of thousands, cannibalism, and the severe and prolonged torture and sacrifice of children.

Glenn Beck reveals newly approved CA school curriculum "Those are the gods that they [the Board of Education in California] think really need to be worshiped and brought back in our understanding because that whole Christian God was only about 'oppression',"

There are hundreds more examples but that should be enough proof that the Western Christian Church is no longer the Salt & light of our nations.

A quote for the Western Nations:

First we overlooked evil.
Then we permitted evil.
Then we legalized evil.
Then we promoted evil.

Then we celebrated evil.

Now we persecute those who still call it evil.
(author unknown)

Isa 5:20 ......... "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!"

(Judges 10:13-14)

What has happened and why?

Before we answer those questions, consider this ....

1. If a sports team had the best players, the best equipment and the best play book, but at some point in time began to consistently lose, people would question why.  They would also look to see if there had been a change in what the coaches were instructing; and if so, when it began.

OR

2. If a traditionally strong Army had the best soldiers, the best equipment, and the best tactics manual, but at some point in time began to consistently lose almost every battle, there would be investigations to see what changes had occurred and also question the current leadership.

Therefore, If most of the Christian Leaders, in the Western World, were coaches of professional sports teams, or military admirals or generals, they would have been fired or replaced long ago.

Obviously we would not want all of our Christian leaders replaced or fired but most need to repent and practice what they preach; that is to examine everything carefully and not automatically disregard what is, or appears to be, in disagreement with what they currently teach as being God’s Truth.

The leadership of the Western Christian Church, therefore, needs to answer a few questions:

If the Christian Church is suppose to be the Salt & light of our nation(s), and there are Christian Churches all across the face of our land, then why is Christianity and Jesus coming under attack and even being banned in the nations of the Western Christian Church?

Some will say that this is just fulfilled prophecy because the Bible told us that it was going to happen. Some will agree with that, and some will dispute it, however, we all need to remember that, in the Bible, when God's people experienced judgment it came because of their own sin.

Therefore, one key answer is that far too many of our noted Christian leaders have been leading the Church into the sin of idol worship and the "doctrines of demons" by teaching, in regards to Israel and Jews, the doctrines and precepts of men instead of God's truth?

Disagree? Then answer these questions:

What has caused our Salt to lose its affect (Mat 5:13) and the Light to become shrouded in darkness?

Why is the name of Jesus increasingly being trampled underfoot in nations that were once called Christian Nations?

And:

Have we ignored God's commandment "to examine everything carefully" (1 Thessalonians 5:21) by allowing false teaching to become so entrenched in the Church that we now have our own form of "Christian political correctness" where examining, challenging or exposing these antichrist lies is considered blasphemy and sin itself?

Are we repeating one of the major sins of the Sons of Israel? Is the Western Christian Church sinning in the same manner as the ancient Hebrews and Israelites? Have we followed God's commandments by "doing right in the sight of the Lord" while at the same time also giving reverence to what is not of God by (symbolically) "burning incense on the high places" to Israel & modern Judaism? (1 Kings 22:432 Kings 12:2-32 Kings 14:3-4).

The answer is YES!

The Western Christian Church has created a Jewish identity that does not exist in God's word, and then filtered our theology through these lies!

We have embraced and welcomed the anti-God, Spirit of antichrist into the Church then given it our approval, respect and reverence!

Most pastors and Christian leaders will verbally instruct their followers to stand up for truth. However, in most cases their actions will prove that they do not mean what the say. Just try to correct a pastor or Christian teacher on the truth about Israel or Judaism and see what happens. But be warned, you will be threatening an entrenched sacred idol of the modern Western Christian Church. Therefore, in most cases, the truth you present will not be embraced or accepted and you may even become a target of their wrath. The Western Christian Church, today, is replete with "Pulpit Hypocrites" instructing their congregations to "stand up for Truth," but in regards to the Jewish lies, do just the opposite.
Of course this is not without precedent, the prophets of the Bible spoke God's truth and were also hated, and killed, by the religious leaders of their day. (1 Thessalonians 2:14-15)

A revival of truth needs to flow across the land and it needs to begin with the leaders of the Church itself.

Metaphorically, the Snake is already in our house as we must already watch where and how we walk,

but even though it has begun to multiply it / they haven't intensely attacked us yet. If our repentance doesn't begin very soon, they will, and the persecution directed at the Western Christian Church will become intense. (Revelation 18:4)

A quote from a Christian revivalist leader of the mid 1800's

"If there is a decay of conscience, the pulpit is responsible for it.
If the public press lacks moral discernment, the pulpit is responsible for it.
If the church is degenerate and worldly, the pulpit is responsible for it.
If the world loses its interest in Christianity, the pulpit is responsible for it.
If Satan rules in our halls of legislation, the pulpit is responsible for it.
If our politics become so corrupt that the very foundations of our government are ready to fall away, the pulpit is responsible for it."
Rev. Charles Finney,  1792 - 1875
